The superb function and performance of the ORION ® Dry Pump has been indispensable in automation and labor saving in the food, medicine, printing, precision machinery, office machine, dairy and other general industries since its development as Japan's first oil-less vacuum pumps in 1965.

Orion ® reports, "early model oil-less vacuum pumps were noisy and had a short service life." Orion ® has succeeded in making the oil-less system both quiet and durable "through our continous research and development as an oil-less vacuum pump pioneer".

THREE BIG FEATURES

Since there is no oil vapor when used in either vacuum or blower application, the work enviroment and products are not contaminated by oil. The ORION ® Dry pump is widely used in suction adhesion and transport of objects, automated supply equipmenmt and other application. The ORION ® Dry Pump is most ideal for use in the industries where oil-free air is a must such as the food, medicine, printing, book binding, dairy farming machines.
Since lubrication is unnecessary, maintenance and inspection are almost eliminated compared with the lubricated type.
The noise level is extremely low, and the service life is long. It is designed compact with all accesories as standard equipment.

In addition, the ORION ® Dry Pump comes with the following merits.

Self-lubricating special carbon vanes display high resistance to wear.
The high-speed design of the pump allows its direct connection to the motor. As a result, it is smaller than its equivalent models.
Multi-vane high-speed rotation realizes stable suction and delivery of air with little pulsation (fluctuations).
